I noticed you guys 'swellnet' are based there, Hows the foreshore work going?, I used to live around the corner from your office and watched the whole erosion thing go down years ago. Last time I was there they were just setting up the fences and doing the dilapidation reports on business and domestic properties on marine parade. Just curious as to how its progressing, and your take on the work being done.

Haven't had a close look yet but there's a heck of a lot of work going on (and it's expected to continue for some time). I'll take a few photos for discussion in the next few days.
