I have already set up a small property with a few bungalows and now have found another good opportunity to jump into a market that is about to go full steam ahead. Looking at developing a farm to table type scene where a cafe is served by the surrounding lush gardens, topped with a few bungalows nestled within the grounds. This would be a positive for the island, the locals, the growing number of tourists and the investor.
