Maldives Boat trip

Anybody had some experience with Maldive surf charter operations?

Looking for a budget boat with good food for a small crew of guys and girls, all decent surfers, this coming season. Looking for recommendations and warnings from those who have done it.

Any good captains/guides with a knack of finding uncrowded perfection on a boat which fits the bill?
