Serangan - updated info

Hi,
i'm heading to Bali shortly.. i was reading somewhere that it's not possible anymore to access Serangan surf spot. The area seems to be closed because they are building a mega-resort.

It's a real pity because Serangan looks like a funny and various surf spot.
Someone says it's not possible to surf there anymore, but i read somewhere that it's still possible to reach the peaks but only by hiring a boat.. no land access anymore..

Someone visited recently and could clarify?
