I take it that, No, there not supposed to be doing it!
But because it’s the pro, semi pro guys, it all good crossing back and forth over the border with jet skis loaded up with film gear, it’s all good.

Just asking as I’m trying to do the right thing and not travel, but I see footage on the news and insta, while on the next news feed there’s still the “open the border” debate going on!
