Surgery for Surfers Ear

It’s finally got to the point where I need surgery. Any recommendation for surgeons on the Northern Beaches (or anywhere).

I understand one method (chisel) vs drill is a much quicker healing time (one week vs 4-5 weeks).

Really keen for any recommendations and/or your experience.
