Wetsuit Sizing/ Brand

Hi,

Looking for a little advice on a wetsuit brand

I am 6ft around 170lbs (12 Stone) however I have quite a big chest 42inchs and & wide shoulders, I am quite an athletic build with only a 30 inch waist...

Struggling to find a wetsuit that has wide shoulders and chest that also fits my smaller stomach and waist, (most constrict my shoulders which makes surfing very uncomfortable)

The last suit I bought was a medium large

Any recommendations?
