Salina Cruz Mexico

Thinking about a trip to Salina Cruz Mex. I don't speak Spanish, so thinking its best to stay with a surf camp and guide, more so for dealing with locals. Meaning i heard you can have some hassles at the surf spots if not with a local guide. Which i'm happy to do as travelling solo and 4x4 vehicle access is required and local knowledge should get me where i wanna be.
Does anyone have any experience over there and able to recommend which are the best surf camps to go with.
