Will AI supercomputer speed up and improve forecasts

the digital twin of earth that the AI super computer is mapping to read weather. when its finished it will forcast weather 3000 times quicker than currently done. question is what does that mean for us.....just quicker updates or possibly more accuracte.

You can only assume both. Quicker and more accurate. Extrapolate the current trends out and tech generally gets more accurate, cheaper, faster etc.
