secret flinders slab

Gday, first time posting on the forum but just wanna see if anyone on here knows of the secret slab near simmons bay in flinders

Went and had a look at cairns bay and to the left of cairns bay in flinders there was a slab spitting a few hundred meters away

Looks like it would work on a 6+ foot swell size and a lower tide

Just wondering if anyone has ever surfed this as its of farmers property so a long walk or only by ski u can get there
