RIP Steve 'Fozzie' Foster

Just learned today the sad news that Steve 'Fozzie' Foster passed away a few days ago. Steve provided our Agnes Water surf reports for quite some time, and was a great guy to work with and always had a unique take on the surf and weather in his neck of the woods. RIP mate!
