Just announced... two weeks from tonight.

Pretty clear picture of that bloke , wouldn’t be surprised if he gets a couple months in the slammer.

Westofthelake Saturday, 24 Jul 2021 at 08:23 pm new

"Eight million residents of the state of New South Wales are now confronted with the likelihood of being hermetically sealed-off from the rest of the country until the end of the year, or until 80% of the population is vaccinated – whichever comes first – as the states of Victoria, Queensland and South Australia each deploy hundreds of officers to secure their borders from potentially infected Sydney-siders.
When the current rate of vaccination is factored in, with relative high levels of vaccine hesitancy among the Australian population – which currently stands at around 30% – it is foreseeable that some eight million New South Wales residents will remain isolated from the rest of the country until well into the new year.
The right-wing shock jocks, including Murdoch media stable horses Alan Jones and Andrew Bolt, are now calling Berejiklan “gutless” for extending the city’s lockdown, as others urge her to “let the virus rip” across the state in the name of “saving the economy”. In other words, the same arguments and logic that killed 800,000 people in America and UK while bringing no measurable advantage to their economies.
Nicole Hemmer, an associate research professor at Columbia University, says that bogus claims about lockdowns and vaccines has become “the backbone” of right-wing radio, whereby commentators tell their listeners that left-wing political parties and the ‘liberal media’ are conspiring to exaggerate the threat of the Coronavirus in order to “take your freedoms and seize power”.
In the US, Australia, and the UK, right-wing broadcasting has become the frontline in the right’s ‘culture war’ against everything ‘woke’, including anti-racist and pro-LBGTQ movements."

A haircut and an hour locked in the stable with Troop horse Tobruk would suffice...

@westo , I watched alan jones on the box the other night ( could only take 10 minutes ) it amazes me this bloke can sprout his crap with zero consequences but a Doctor discussing the I drug is censored .

udo Saturday, 24 Jul 2021 at 08:54 pm new

Facial Recognition software would I.D. all of todays fuckwits wouldnt it ?

adam12 Saturday, 24 Jul 2021 at 09:01 pm new

When you see the footage of the guy with the horse, it isn't as Blazing Saddles as the photo makes it look. He could say he was protecting himself as the horse spun around on him. He pushes at it. The photo makes it look worse than it was. He won't go to jail for that.

Westofthelake Saturday, 24 Jul 2021 at 09:05 pm new

Yea adam12 I haven't seen the vid but if you look close at the pic you can see that it ain't malicious. But still it ain't a pretty look, and it's never fails to stir outrage at the outragers. He might not go to jail, but he should be checking his snail mail box in the near future.

Blowin Saturday, 24 Jul 2021 at 09:18 pm new

Apparently the horse is in a stable condition.

megzee Saturday, 24 Jul 2021 at 09:46 pm new

Hay Blowin....glad to hear that

Yes he is blowin. Haha megzee.

Mister Ed: You make fun of horses, and all you'll be riding is a pogo stick.
Wilbur Post: Ed, if you don't call off this ridiculous strike, I'll trade you in for a rocking chair!

Good stuff udo, there's always (almost) a clip. Bit of friendly banter at worst.

The SMH is a disgrace. Here they are ridiculing the German reporter who rubbed mud on her face for a story due to lack of integrity

https://www.smh.com.au/world/europe/asking-for-your-forgiveness-german-…

Whilst simultaneously portraying the fella defending himself from a wayward horse as attacking the animal. The photo was used as the headline on the front page last night and it’s still there in the story with the caption “ man punching police horse”.

Never trust the media. Liars , liars, liars.

Supafreak Sunday, 25 Jul 2021 at 06:27 am new

I must say that photo had me totally fooled , it looked to me like a punch and even the way the horse’s mouth was positioned . The timing of the photo was unbelievable and udo’s video clearly shows what really happened. Bloke will still be in the shit regardless .

tango Sunday, 25 Jul 2021 at 07:40 am new

That video makes it nice and clear...the fuckwit wasn't backing off - he was spoiling for a confrontation with that horse, and that footage clearly shows that it wasn't a push but a punch. You don't push an animal away with a clenched fist. Hope he gets the book thrown at him.

Blowin Sunday, 25 Jul 2021 at 07:55 am new

Not sure if we are watching the same vid?

Fella standing on the streets - right or wrong - and a friggin great animal is rearing up next to him and acting like it’s about to go nuts, fella pushes the huge head away from him. No one “spoils for a confrontation with a horse”. The police horses are used to intimidate protesters. They are used in the same manner as a water cannon or tanks in Tiananmen Square. It’s not like the copper was going for a sedate ride through the country. If the copper had driven his car through a crowd and someone pushed themselves off the bonnet to protect themselves you wouldn’t describe it as someone spoiling for a confrontation with the cop car.

Coppers don’t get to hurt people with horses just cause you don’t accept what they’re protesting against.

Any social Darwinists out there? Please comment in <10000 words...

From Wikipedia: "Social Darwinism posits that the strong see their wealth and power increase while the weak see their wealth and power decrease. Various social Darwinist schools of thought differ on which groups of people are the strong and which are the weak, and also differ on the precise mechanisms that reward strength and punish weakness.[clarification needed] Many such views stress competition between individuals in laissez-faire capitalism, while others, emphasizing struggle between national or racial groups, support nationalism, authoritarianism, eugenics, racism, imperialism, and/or fascism.[3][4][5] The ideology of social Darwinism inspired the perpetrators of genocides including the Armenian genocide."

bowin.."Coppers don’t get to hurt people with horses just cause you don’t accept what they’re protesting against."
the protest was illegal , people not wearing masks is illegal !

a very small minority flout the law and endanger millions , and now it looks like , in the name of FREEDOM, LOL.......morons create a super spreader event......so lockdown in NSW will go much longer.....

fjpos Sunday, 25 Jul 2021 at 09:25 am new

Ok, social dawinism certainly had nothing to do with Darwin's boliogical evolutionary theory. It misuses Dawin's great work and tries to justify standard predjudices etc. SD along with "survival of the fitest" are empty explanations. The Armenian genocide did not happen on the basis of SD. Good old plane hatred, nationanlism, emperialism etc.

No doubt, SD co-opts Darwins' "origin of Species" treatise.

Was SD 'retrofitted' to explain the Armenian genocide?

Yan Fu "Peoples and living things struggle for survival. At first, species struggle with species; they as [people] gradually progress, there is a struggle between one social group and another. The weak invariably become the prey of the strong, the stupid invariably become subservient to the clever."

An internet comment re Mr Horse puncher
No idea who this c##t is but somebody should ask Jason Momoa if he has a half aborted brother
because we found him.

adam12 Sunday, 25 Jul 2021 at 12:04 pm new

Happy, I don't back the guy being there, glad he is in the shit. My point was that I saw the photo and thought he'd thrown a haymaker at the horse, then saw the footage and it looked like a guy trying to push away a spinning horse. I still think when it gets to Court he won't be convicted on the animal cruelty charge based on that footage, there may be other evidence and other charges. He didn't go full Mongo.

happyppl Sunday, 25 Jul 2021 at 12:48 pm new

adam 12 i see your point, there are several videos of the incident and it was'nt a haymaker? some video angles make it look biffo! other shots look like a push away with clenched fist.
in all fairness i hope msm leave him alone and let the courts decide.

Westofthelake Sunday, 25 Jul 2021 at 01:26 pm new

@happy re yellow tank top bogan horse man, what adam12 said. In jail with no bail and publicly crucified should give him some time to reflect on his idiocy.

indo-dreaming Sunday, 25 Jul 2021 at 01:34 pm new

After watching the video, it is misleading how the photo makes it look.

Either way he is an idiot

If we want to look for a positive, these anti lockdown protest are bringing the left and right together on some common nutcase cause.

peterb Sunday, 25 Jul 2021 at 03:16 pm new

That’s the first time I’ve ever laughed out loud at something you’ve written, Blowin.

Blowin Sunday, 25 Jul 2021 at 03:48 pm new

It breaks Bin Chooks heart when crew are protesting in the streets with the chance of spreading Covid and scummo wants the full force of the law thrown at them.

But the federal minister who decided that letting the Ruby Princess superspreaders didperse freely into peak hour Sydney….All good yo!

Toppa Sunday, 25 Jul 2021 at 04:34 pm new

Not punching the horse? Well I don't think he was rubbing his nose and feeding him a carrot! Absolute FW of the highest order.

That was then (Sept.2020)
“Lockdowns and borders are not signs of success in dealing with COVID-19. And so it’s important that we put ourselves in a position where they do not feature in how Australia is dealing with COVID-19 on a sustainable basis,” the Prime Minister said.
This is now (July 2021)
'Prime Minister Scott Morrison says lockdown — not extra vaccines — will fix Sydney COVID-19 outbreak'
"Let me be clear, there is not an alternative to the lockdown in New South Wales to get this under control," the Prime Minister said.

"There is no other magic bullet that is going to do that."

"There is no vaccine solution that's going to do that. The lockdown is what is going to do it. It can be assisted by the vaccines, but the lockdown must be effective.

"The alternative does not bear thinking. It's essential every effort is focused on making sure that lockdown does its job."

The Greater Sydney Lockdown Trail Fairy Gathering is underway in earnest, especially now the tradies are off work and the surf, even when tiny, is choc full.

So it's tools on the mountain and get to work. Here's 100m of the track that I mainly work on. Great for shoulder rehab.

Looking up the hill to, at top, a straight drop, and then at middle ground a big step down. Hill is much steeper than it appears. Step down is pretty good size too.

After the step down, steep section of track coming into a refurbished berm.

Work done on said berm early last week.

What it looks like now, with log gap at left.

Log gap, with B Line to the right.

After the log gap, another left berm. Was made a few months back but recently backed with clay and then built up to roughly double the height to handle speed off the log gap.

After the berm, the very latest feature, built over the weekend, a hipped tabletop with A and B lines. Was gonna be a dead ahead tabletop but consensus of crew who stopped by was to hip it off the kicker and landing so pinners and groms alike can whip it.

Photos dont do the size of it justice. Lotta clay in there. Still needs a few hours work.

Then onwards into the berm run, wall ride, roller, step up, step down etc etc

What sport is this and what the fcuk are they talking about?

“hip it off the kicker and landing so pinners and groms alike can whip it.”

Sport : LSD Consumption
Talking about: Rainbow coloured pony

stunet Monday, 26 Jul 2021 at 06:12 pm new

Yeah Megzee, the star pickets aren't a great inclusion. Coming from the other side of the jump, however, there's a pretty clear line between them. No tyre tracks even go close.

NSW National Emergency .
Hesitant Qldurr'z heard yer call & have raced to the rescue...
tbb officially donated his Vaccine as a Goodwill gesture from Qld to NSW.

Yep! Very real all right...waited 20 minutes on the phone...
NSW confirmed it was their first genuine Emergency reply & were thankful of the most generous offer.
They thought it wasn't possible but took details to look into it ...or lock tbb up most likely!

tbb was stoked that they never laughed or thought it was a hoax...it is a genuine offer as it stands!
Explained if tbb was hesitant then in an Emergency had a right to reallocate (loan) a Qld vax to NSW.
It was agreed that tbb must retain sovereign right to Vax...outside of National Emergency donation.
In fact the Chick tried to hook tbb up with a Qld Dealer.
Pretty odd considering a minute early she couldn't wrangle tbb's interstate emergency offer?
Take the politics out of the Emergency Vax Telethon...That's 2 x Pfizer from the Goldie...(NSW : Stoked!)

Just say the word & tbb's vax is yours = 15 minutes less Lockdown...get on the NSW Vax Telethon
tbb urges other States to Dial in their Emergency Vax...Oz Aid to Smash PM's NSW AZ Extortion.

PS
Scomo's new bestie Vic Dan is good for 4m AZ .
His Mistress NSW AZ 971,000 > 145,000 allocated > 110,000 in arms > 826,000 are going mouldy.
Hazza did well to flog another 50 AZ at Pfizer 9,000 hub.
Kezza : Just smash the AZ Home brew you fussy bastards

Gladys called Scomo's bluff & pulled the plug to score more Pfizer Sugar...
Sugar Daddy flicked another 150,000 AZ ...Steam coming outta her ears! She hurls it back at him...
PM...Right! That is it...You are grounded until Mid Sept or until you hit up all yer AZ....
Gladys joins Dealer Dan on the streets peddlin' AZ walk Ups..."Get on the Beers!"

Here's how Scomo arrived at Mid Sept grounding for Gladys!
Mid Sept - HORIZON 2 > AZ comes off tap (Subject by Request Only)
https://www.health.gov.au/sites/default/files/documents/2021/06/covid-1…
Mid Sept - NSW Lockdown ends the same day to restock Toilet Rolls on the empty AZ Shelves.
NSW can only break the spell by mopping up their Mouldy AZ.
That's how we roll in the shire...Bitch!

Sheepdog Wednesday, 28 Jul 2021 at 02:38 pm new

#PMforNSW in his presser today didn't congratulate SOUTH AUSTRALIA or VICTORIA for slapping down delta. Wonder why? South Oz pulled together and kicked delta to the curb. But no "well done" huh? The Viccos, who copped more virus leaking in from NSW than we did, are doing s fantastic job too. But not a word from #ScottytheGaslighter.
Instead, the day S.A and Vicco comes out of lockdown and therefore no longer eligible for federal help, good old #Scottythesaviour increases handouts for Sydney people hahahahahahahahahahaha............... I swear I'm not making this shit up.
In other news, The Fed government granted Hillsong pastors Brian and his wife Bobbie Houston travel exemptions to go and preach Gods word in Mexico, as THOUSANDS of stranded Aussies lament overseas. Once again, I dont make this shit up. Its real hahahaha
