Three days is the typical incubation period for Omicron apparently.
Hope your surviving Blackers. Had the same issue over Xmas, with 10 days home isolation but somehow no one else got it. We made an effort at isolation but try and keep a teenager out of the kitchen, so was pretty surprised it didn’t spread. That was with three in the family double vaxed and one not vaxed.
Now wondering if it would have been better if we all got it so the isolation was done in one go, worst case could end up with five separate periods of house hold isolation!

Pretty much what you and I and a few others on here have been suggesting for 18 months, and like you say, we still don’t have the supplies just to get tested. It’s a bit embarrassing, looks like the government believed their own fake economy there with lockdowns and no cases and forgot to prepare for reality
By the way for those that say we opened at a terrible time, you are confusing the wave with the opening date. We opened 6 weeks after winter, and after about 90% vax rate was achieved which is about as ideal as you can get
