So they wheeled this abomination in yesterday (I added the reference picture below). What are they trying to say here? Are they mocking Democrats who insist they’ve become a cult? And this an attempt at self-deprecation? Could it be that they’re hoping to appease their god with his graven image when he comes down from on high to address his assembled devotees? Or will this be the centerpiece at the Diet Coke fountain? For a party that bends over backwards to label themselves as the “traditional moral values” party; the one that reveres the Bible above everything, including the Constitution, this strikes me as odd. Not sure how well it’ll play with the Bible belters, but what do I know? Nothing he’s done has offended them yet.
