While my comment is only a "piss take" I was trying to think of reasons why people feel justified to either drop in or feel entitled to take a wave at the "Super Bank"

That was actually written by a well know stand up back in the day believe it or not. Iv'e never been in to trashing shit. I also remember seeing someone write blowins blow out around the same time . Boogers where too busy surfing. I won't name names but still funny and good blokes to this day. I witnessed both plus allot of heavy shit going down well before 1995. Those in the Know know. These days it's all chefs, chiefs, cooks and kooks welcome. I'd almost go as far as to say some of the boogs are are far more welcoming than their stand up counter parts at other locations. Its changed massively. (still tight nit) but has been gentrified and lost a lot of characters, Still good for a laugh and paddle. Most grew up and went on to other things and greener pastures.
Everyone knows everyone in little South oz. (State wide) stand up to boog. The local Sticks and lid loonies will still tell you to behave if you are fucking up as anyone should regardless of location. You do see more fucking up of the states nicer places and lip pouting from entitled set these days than in the past.
South Aussies need to remind themselves occasionally "it not like it's pipe out there" and lighten up towards one another. A smile don't cost a cent.
The heaviest locals have always been those in the grey and white suits. South oz always comes with those risks. Spend enough time in the right places and you will have contact with sharks. Regardless which coast you are on or aquatic activity you are indulging in. Always has and always will be a part of the South Australian aquatic experience sometimes with devastating consequences.
FCS also stands for "full cunt syndrome"
Which many a south Aussie can exhibit from time to time regardless of location or fin set your running. happy surfing and don't stub your big toe.. ;)
