Watched the Laird doco last night "Take Every Wave".
Was actually pretty impressed by it.
As polarising a figure as he might be, his is one of the most interesting stories in surfing and the innovation that he's brought to surfing is super impactful.
A really well made doco and worth watching with an open mind.
I watched it through garage entertainment $5 mth subscription.
